Seems like like a movie when someone claims that Unidentified Flying Objects are messing with nuclear weapons. But a group of former Air Force personnel swear that UFOs have been keeping an eye on mankind’s nuclear arsenal for the past 60 years. Monday the National Press Club had a group of UFO eye witnesses together gathered by Robert Hastings who is a UFO researcher to share stories. Earth may be getting a message with all these UFO sightings, Hastings said, as aliens have noticed nuclear weapons facilities and also the troubles with mankind.
Unidentified Flying Objects deactivate nuclear weaponry
Hastings, who organized the National Press Club news conference, said the time has come for the U.S. government to acknowledge the Unidentified Flying Object visits. CNN reports that three of the men–former Air Force officers–hadn’t seen the UFOs themselves, but told reporters that in 1967, Unidentified Flying Objects hovering over missile silos near Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana appeared to temporarily deactivate some of the nuclear weaponry. Over 120 previous military personal have seen UFOs over nuclear sites, claims Hastings. He believes extraterrestrial beings had taken an interest within the nuclear arms race and were sending a communication that humans are “playing with fire.”.
UFOs played with the Soviet nukes too
Nuclear weapon facilities are seeing a lot of Unidentified Flying Objects. Of course, this is not just occurring within the U.S. The exact same thing was happening within the Soviet Union, Hastings told AOL News. This is shown in KGB declassified files it had. Hastings said last June, a major Russian newspaper, Life, published accounts of a UFO sighting at a nuclear missile site on Oct. 4, 1982, in the Ukraine. A UFO hovered over the site. All missiles were deactivated all the sudden. Everyone panicked. Seconds later, the missiles went back online. Previous Air Force Col. Charles Halt told AOL that people aren’t coming forward because they fear what it would do to their career. He was a deputy base commander in Britain that was an eyewitness to an Unidentified Flying Object encounter. The Air Force was hoping to halt public panic or keep alien contact secret by successfully killing the Unidentified Flying Object story by “making it so ridiculous that everyone laughs when they hear it.”
Project Blue Book dodges the issue
UFOs were investigated by the Air Force from 1948 to 1969. This was called Project Blue Book. Project Blue Book decided that “no UFO reported, investigated and evaluated by the Air Force has ever given any indication of threat to our national security.” The close-minded are the only ones that are really confronted by the idea of aliens, Hastings said at the National Press Club. “I do not think humankind is in jeopardy from whoever they are or whichever they’re, except that we will have our minds expanded. Traditional institutions for instance religions, governments and other social institutions may be threatened by what is coming. That is just the logical consequence of what is about to occur.”
